So what is SafeStep?
SafeStep was founded by a doctor with years of experience in A&E and elderly care medicine. In that time, he treated more fall injuries than most people see in a lifetime — hips, wrists, heads. But the injury was rarely the whole story. It was the fear that followed. The confidence that didn't fully return. And in some cases, the never departure from hospital.
A fall doesn't just happen to one person. It happens to everyone who loves them.
So why do we care?
30% of people aged 65 and over fall every single year. What's more intriguing is more than half of catastrophic falls in older adults happen at home, often because of something as small as a foot slipping on a hard floor.
SafeStep was built to change that. Doctor-designed, clinically engineered — not just marketed — for real grip, real stability, real safety and real comfort. Every pair features a 360° silicone grip sole, soft breathable fabric, and a fit that stays comfortable through a full day of wear.

Our primary goal with every pair sold is to:
