Refund policy

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your SafeStep™ socks. If you're not, you may return unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on socks that have been worn or washed, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

How to return an item
Email us at contactsafestepsocks@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.

Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at contactsafestepsocks@gmail.com. If the order has already been dispatched, standard return conditions above apply.
